This Privacy Policy delineates the modalities through which Revoow collects, processes, stores, and safeguards personal, organizational, and professional information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal information”) in connection with the access, utilization, and engagement with our platform and services (the “Service”). Technical and Usage-Related Data

Revoow may also automatically collect certain technical data concerning the devices and networks utilized to access the Service. Such technical data may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, device types and identifying numbers, browser and operating system details, and metadata regarding navigation and interaction with the Service, including pages accessed, duration of access, and preferences configured by Users. Patient Feedback and Reviews

  • Public Display: Information concerning healthcare practitioners, clinics, or healthcare centers, along with patient reviews, may be rendered publicly visible on the platform to facilitate transparency and informed decision-making by patients;
  • Compliance and Legal Obligations: Disclosure may occur in the context of legal obligations, governmental requests, or in response to judicial or administrative processes, where necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations;
  • Service Providers and Business Partners: Third-party service providers engaged by Revoow to support platform operations, analytics, security, or communications may access personal information strictly for purposes outlined by Revoow, and are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security of such information; and
  • Business Transactions: In the event of mergers, acquisitions, or transfer of assets or business units, personal information may be transferred to prospective parties as part of such transactions, subject to the condition that such information is utilized only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
